3. Payment Terms

For repair or replacement services:

  • Residential Projects: Payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Commercial Projects: Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
  • Late Payments: Any outstanding balances may incur late fees, and accounts unpaid for more than 30 days are subject to collection.

4. Service Limitations

Max Roofing does not guarantee that every roof can be repaired, as conditions vary and some roofs may require replacement instead. Our inspection will inform you of whether a repair or replacement is recommended. Any recommendations made by Max Roofing are based on industry best practices and the current condition of the roof.

5. Warranty

Max Roofing offers workmanship warranties on all roofing work performed. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service provided:

  • Repairs: No workmanship warranty is provided for repairs.
  • Replacements: Workmanship warranties range from 2 to 10 years, depending on the materials and scope of the project.

Manufacturer warranties on materials used during the project are provided separately and will be outlined at the time of your estimate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Max Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event shall Max Roofing’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled service within 24 hours of the appointment without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
