Max Roofing provides roofing inspections, estimates, repairs, and replacements for residential properties in Arizona. We serve the greater Phoenix metropolitan area including Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Surprise, Goodyear, Peoria, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Buckeye, and surrounding communities.
2. Form Submissions
Submitting a form on this website does not constitute a contract, agreement, or guarantee of service. Form submissions are requests for information and may result in a follow-up contact from our team to discuss your roofing needs and schedule an inspection.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent
Program name: Max Roofing text messages. You can opt in to receive text messages from Max Roofing by selecting “Yes, text me about my roofing request” on one of our forms, or by texting START to our business number. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without choosing Yes does not opt you in.

Quotes provided by Max Roofing are based on an inspection and assessment of your roof. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Max Roofing reserves the right to adjust prices if additional information about the condition of the roof becomes available or if the scope of the project changes.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Max Roofing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: properties outside our service area, unsafe working conditions, or inability to reach a mutually agreeable scope of work.
6. Payment Terms
For repair or replacement services:
- Residential Projects: Payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late Payments: Any outstanding balances may incur late fees, and accounts unpaid for more than 30 days are subject to collection.
7. Warranty
Max Roofing offers workmanship warranties on roofing work performed. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service:
- Repairs: No workmanship warranty is provided for repairs.
- Replacements: Workmanship warranties range from 2 to 10 years, depending on the materials and scope of the project.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately and will be outlined at the time of your estimate.
8. Limitation of Liability
Max Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. In no event shall Max Roofing’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
